Soccer kick off is a big thing around here. It's a day of fun and soccer~! The kids got their faces painted, went bowling, jumped on bouncy houses, ate popcorn, won prizes, took soccer pictures, and played games. We were there for 5.5 hours. I am a soccer Mom. I've found that such a thing is tolerable with plenty of food and drink, as well as other moms to talk to. My darling husband Refs, so he is rarely around... but that's ok.
It's come and gone! We are on our second week of school. Hooray! The kiddos were all excited for this school year. After R's first day of Kindergarten we went out for french fries (his favorite). It was a fun day!
This afternoon the kids picked out their school supplies according to their lists. I previously bought the items without them present. They had a good time choosing what they needed according to their lists. Fun family time!
