"Big, Medium, Small"

Here are my 3 darling children. As Levi says, they are "big, medium, and small." Yup.

They just had a recent check up, so if you want the stats, read below:

Levi now weighs 34 pounds, Dylan is 27 pounds, and Riley weighs 9 pounds.
Levi is 4, Dylan is almost 19 months, and Riley is 5 weeks old.
Levi is 37.5 inches tall, Dylan is 34 inches tall and Riley is 22 inches long.

Levi was very surprised when we took down his bedroom door after the umpteenth time of him slamming and kicking it.

Dylan wants nothing to do with the toddler bed. He's quite happy in his twin size bed.

Why did we buy a 2nd crib??

Dylan brought Riley his own Monster Truck. Aaahhh, cute.....

Naptime will never be the same

Yesterday Dylan figured out how to climb out of his crib. He's only a year and a half!! Levi never figured it out, so maybe other kids do...?? I'm just bummed. He would play in his crib when I put him in there and eventually fall asleep. Now what am I going to do?? It took 2 hours last night to get him to stay in his room and sleep in his bed when he finally fell asleep. I can't do that every night. Any ideas?

Hi

Just a short post to let you know that we're alive. I finally started feeling good on Tuesday (at the 3 week mark of having baby Riley). The cute little guy has the cold that I had for a month. Levi is enjoying preschool, Dylan loves going on walks outside, and I am thankful for those front carriers for infants! Matt is keeping busy with work, church, etc. Of course he fits watching football into the schedule. Highlights of the week include: Great sale at Michael's on ribbon, bought shoes for Dylan because his feet are Extra Wide and he's been wearing Levi's, started a diet to lose weight, quit the diet 4 days later (Maybe I'll start again at the 6 week mark....)
Other than that, nothing new going on. :-)

Levi got a CD player and headphones. He loves listening to music.

Grandma was here for a 5 days to help out. She got educated on Monster Jam and monster trucks.
